mydigitalstructure has a full financial accounting system, exposed in the FINANCIAL endpoint, including tax reporting and Australian payroll.

With a full general ledger, debtor and creditor management, you can build any tyoe of accounting app:

  • Simple personal bookkeeping
  • Small business accounting
  • Enterprise accounting

With full "areas" support - you can divide the accounts into logical and physical areas if required.

With direct integration into the PROJECT endpoint you can report by "jobs".

With full control over the user experience, you could build some very cool apps.
TIME KEEPING
With full integration into the ACTION endpoint you can easily create invoices based on activity.
TAX & PAYROLL
The accounting engine also includes full IAS/BAS reporting and payroll - with all Australian tax codes included.
MULTI CURRENCY
The accounting engine has access to the xe.com exchange rates, which are updated daily.  
ACCOUNTING METHODS
If you are running a cash only based account system then you use FINANCIAL_PAYMENT and FINANCIAL_RECEIPT.

If you are running an accrual system then you use FINANCIAL_EXPENSE/FINANCIAL_PAYMENT & FINANCIAL_INVOICE/FINANCIAL_RECEIPT.
