ABSOLUTE BEGINNER


The following nine steps are the shortest path to getting a webapp up and running with no traditional computer science/engineer or information technology experience.

To be most likely to succeed, it will help if you start with an open mind, some understanding of form-and-function and the power of language to improve the human condition.


STARTING WITH THE BASICS

BUILD YOUR FIRST WEBAPP

Creating a space in the cloud

[3] Sign up with mydigitalstructure

[4] Install the Sublime text editor (or use your preferred text editor)

Initialising your webapp (website)

[5] Log on to console.mydigitalstructure.com and click "New"

Build your webapp

[6] Get example files and use text editor to edit for your application.

[7] Do bootstrap tutorial

[8] Configure the site, create the pages and link the JavaScript files you just edited.

[9] Test and fix.
